Hey folks, I'm single, late 20s, and You can expect to pay around $1,335 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,003 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
