Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,335 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 8.3%, which is concerning. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
