The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Eastvale? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is better than expected in most areas.

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much stable but now it's pretty good.
