Couple moving to Eastvale from out of state

I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 70,179 people. Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $161,322 in Eastvale. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I work in real estate here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is excellent. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The walkability is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

I'm a data analyst and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is challenging in most areas.
