Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Eastvale sits at 125.2 per 100K. Median household income is $161,322, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Sunset. It's underrated for what you get.
Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in consulting. If you're in real estate you might struggle.
People: Generally decent. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Italian.
