Been meaning to ask this. Household incomes average around $161,322 in Eastvale. Crime rate is something to consider -Eastvale sits at 125.2 per 100K. Homes are going for about $752,000 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.

Used to live on the Eastside side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've lived in The Heights for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good internet infrastructure
- The community vibe scene is underrated
The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Chain restaurants dominate
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
