Rent in Eastvale getting crazy

So, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 70,179, Eastvale is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cultural scene. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.
