What to expect moving to Eastvale?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Let me know your thoughts.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Dallas about 2 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Four distinct seasons
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are manageable, gas is challenging.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. No regrets on my end..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Westside. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
