Hey folks, My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 1,217 people. Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
