Considering Eatontown vs Atlanta -help me decide
Random thought, Just moved here 3 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 13,537 people. Homes are going for about $454,300 on average. Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. Thanks! The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
