Worst things about Eatontown nobody talks about

Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Eatontown sits at 278.4 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do?

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.
