Pros and cons of Eatonville after 5 years

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 2,582 people. Homes are going for about $176,600 on average. With a population of 2,582, Eatonville is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Nice parks and trails
- Low crime in most areas
- Strong sense of community
- Active local events

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Lack of diversity
- Boring for young people
- Far from major airports
- Chain restaurants dominate
What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks for reading. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
