Best kept secrets of Eau Claire, WI

Hey, The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Lakewood area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
