Eau Claire is underrated, change my mind

Hello, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $228,000, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The community vibe is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
