Hey folks, I'm originally from Memphis and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Does this match your experience? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
