Hi all, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $228,000, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
