Best neighborhoods in Echelon

First post here. It's a a small town city with about 13,577 people. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Does this match your experience?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is decent in most areas.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
