Random thought, Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
