Longtime lurker here, The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 63,249 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
