How are the schools in Edgemoor?

Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 6,671 people. Median household income is $79,572, which feels about average for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Eastside. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in tech. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.
