Is Edgerton getting better or worse?

Hello, Homes are going for about $243,900 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
