So, Been living here since 2012. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $114,342 in Edgewood. Median household income is $114,342, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 12,683 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
