Dog-friendly places in Edgewood?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 12,683 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Edgewood?

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Asian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
