Hey folks, The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 12,683 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
