Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and It's a a smaller city city with about 53,125 people. Rent is about $1,757/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $624,000, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Edina? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
