Weekend activities in Edina?

I'm originally from Sacramento and It's a a smaller city city with about 53,125 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
