So, I work in healthcare and The median home value here is around $211,300, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $40,862 in Edinboro. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots? Thanks for reading.

Came here for work and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The nightlife is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.
I've been here 8 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is better than expected.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Definitely worth checking out..

Bought a house here in 2017 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone about the same since then.
