Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $211,300, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Edinboro sits at 60.1 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
