Commute times in Edinburg -how bad?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and You can expect to pay around $829 for rent here. Rent is about $829/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much developing but now it's better than expected.
