I'm retired and Rent is about $968/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. Thanks for reading. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
