Living in Edmond -the reality

Hello, You can expect to pay around $1,313 for rent here. Homes are going for about $324,900 on average. Median household income is $102,032, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,313/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Atlanta it's hit or miss.
