Alright, Just moved here 10 months ago and Rent is about $1,850/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.
