Best neighborhoods to rent in Edmonds?

Rent is about $1,850/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $840,200 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation?

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in The Heights area are challenging. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much established but now it's tough.
