Biggest downsides of living in Edmonds?

OK so I work in engineering and It's a a smaller city city with about 42,783 people. With a population of 42,783, Edmonds is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much pricey but now it's challenging.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
