First post here. Median household income is $116,095, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 42,783 people. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $840,200, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? TIA! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
