Hi all, We have two kids and Rent is about $567/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
