What surprised you most about Edneyville?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $854 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 10 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Old Town side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
