Best and worst neighborhoods in Edwards

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,885/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Edwards sits at 202.5 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Edwards? TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.
