Anyone else feel this way? I work in tech and It's a a smaller city city with about 35,709 people. The median home value here is around $296,100, which seems about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
