How is Eidson Road for outdoor activities?

First post here. My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 9,481 people. Average temperature is around 70--F, so it's warm year-round. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in West. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in government. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like seafood.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
