Things Eidson Road needs to improve

So, The median home value here is around $94,400, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Eidson Road sits at 128.4 per 100K. Median household income is $39,388, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 22.2%, which is higher than I expected. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

I'm a writer and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
