Hi all, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $59,716, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'm a pharmacist and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Highland area are tough. Kids love it here.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
