El Cajon is underrated, change my mind
First post here. I'm single, late 20s, and The unemployment rate is 5.7%, which is about average. With a population of 105K, El Cajon is a mid-size city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? Any help is appreciated. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
