I'm a college student here and It's a a mid-size city city with about 105K people. The unemployment rate is 5.7%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $632,800 on average. Median household income is $66,478, which feels about average for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
