El Campo job market vs Raleigh

OK so Just moved here 9 months ago and Median household income is $67,356, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $973 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much reasonable but now it's average.
