Co-working spaces in El Cerro Mission?

Homes are going for about $101,000 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
