Affordable areas near El Dorado?

Hello, Rent is about $845/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? TIA!

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is decent in most areas.
