Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $1,425,800, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Came here for quality of life and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The dating scene is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much developing but now it's decent.
