Healthcare options in El Mirage?

Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2005. Homes are going for about $282,000 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 35,823 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Definitely worth checking out..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The safety is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great craft beer places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 4 years here, that's my honest assessment.
