Random thought, We're a young couple and Rent is about $690/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 8.3%, which is concerning. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
